Women Development Cell
The Women's Development Cell of Parul University is a mandated body as per section 3.2(15) of UGC Guidelines (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment) Regulations, 2015.
It endeavors to highlight gender discrimination as a systematic framework and promotes gender equality, protection from harassment, and the right to work with dignity as universally recognized basic human rights.
Stree Chetana Gujarat
Stree Chetana Gujarat is affiliated to National organization Bhartiya Stree Shakti. It is an esteemed organization with focus on Panchsutri - Shiksha, Swasthya, Suraksha, Swavalamban and Self Respect of Women from different societal status, irrespective of caste and creed, for the past 12 years.
Activities and programs organized by Stree Chetna focus on women issues aiming at Gender Sensitization, Women Safety, Skill Development, and Overall Empowerment. It is also engaged in Research and Policy Level interventions on social issues.
